Charlotte Barreteau, a 29-year-old woman originally from the region, has worked her way up to the Executive Chef position at Le Logis Restaurant after studying for years under the leadership of various chefs. Charlotte grew up surrounded by family members passionate for the culinary arts, as her uncle owned a bar and restaurant. At the age of 24, Charlotte obtained her CAP culinary degree with an MC in restaurant-level dessert art. Charlotte describes her cuisine as the perfect blend between a bistro's traditional home-cooked inspired food and the gastronomy of culinary art, with a touch of femininity. Charlotte is known to use bright colors, pops of flavor and dishes full of texture as she is described to be very generous with her ingredients and spices in the kitchen. Chef Barreteau is constantly pushing herself in the kitchen so that she can always invent new techniques that can help her constantly grow and improve in the field, driven by her passion for cuisine.
